Legal:In addition to the information contained in my Legal Listing I have completed a mediation course (40 hours) at the University of New Mexico. Martindale and Hubbell rating AV (highest).

Military :Active duty with 15th Engineers and 224 Engineers. Operated heavy equipment.

Constrution:Owned managed a general construction company that primarily built multi family and commercial buildings. Personally skilled (hands on) in all facets of construction including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, concrete (flat work and walls), masonry and site preparation.

CAD: Proficient in AutoCad and SoftPlan. Personally designed most of the buildings built by the construction company.

Concrete:Formerly a partner in a flatwork concrete company.

Excavation:Partner in Excavation Company. I have owned and operated dozers up to the D8 class, excavators, backhoes, maintainers, tandem axle dump trucks (have CDL class B with air brakes) and other smaller machines.

Pilot:Licensed with multi-engine and instrument rating. I have over 3,000 hours most of which is in a twin engine Beech Baron.

Developer:I have been involved in developing land both as an attorney and as a developer.
